this is a logo done for a brand new children’s boutique. the two sisters are creating {much needed} designer nap mats, burp cloths, bibs, onesies, and other items.

3D siggy: branded

i just finished up a logo for a new company, 3D Siggy.  {i’m also doing the website, so that i’ll post on that in the coming months!}

the company has a great & innovative concept:  take a signature {er, logo!} and turn it into a keychain, wall mount . . .anything!

the options are endless as to what you can do — but the initial focus of the company is to launch with signatures into keychains.

so, the criteria for designing the logo was this:  modern yet sophisticated, with a whismy touch.  we wanted the “siggy” part of the font to represent a signature, and here’s what we came up with:

i heart lonny.

so there is a {fabulous} new ezine called LonnyMag.  it’s a great alternative to my absolute favorite mag, Blueprint {may it RIP}.

what’s great about it:

the design, of course! it just lauched it’s premiere issue, so i’ll be excited to see how the fonts and themes carry through to the coming issues . . .

the convenience.  because it’s online, nearly every page/product has a link to the site, so you can peruse forever just jumping from one great idea to another.

eco-friendly. Lord knows my husband won’t allow me to bring home/subscribe to Any More Magazines, lest i throw away clothes in my closet to make room for them.  thank goodness for innovative thinkers that Go Green {and paperless}.

studio eleven photography: branded

i just finished this logo for a wonderful client, studio eleven photography.

she really wanted an elegant dragonfly and a beautiful script, so here’s what we came up with.

i love it!  i’ll be posting how this translates to all her marketing materials when they are all finished.

NAWBO D/FW: website launched!

the past few months i’ve been working on a new website for an organization: The National Association of Women Business Owners.  i’ve had the privilege of serving on the Board of Directors for the past 2 years, which has been a wonderful experience and has challenged me as a woman business owner.

we needed a new site that was functional, fresh, and had the ability to be updated.  the wonderful thing about this site is that the ENTIRE SITE can be updated like a blog, so our administrator is easily make changes.

miabella dog training

so my fabulous sister just launched a dog training business in Austin, TX.  she went to school to become a dog trainer, and has already started her own company!  i’m SOO impressed.

BUT, her site is To Die For.  i think it’s the perfect amount of whimsical + professional . . . which will be the heartbeat behind the culture of company.
